As the first product in our new DIY category, the Hyper Atomizer will take you to the next level of versatility. After much research and testing, we have determined this to be the highest quality atomizer on the market today. Made of stainless steel, you can rest assured that it meets the exceptional Vape-Pen quality control standards.

The hyper atomizer is designed to fit both the PHD and the Heavy Hitter units. It fits in the same place the Liquid Herb Cartomizer fits, and contains an atomizer and a removable tip. Unlike the Cartomizer, the Hyper Atomizer is not pre-filled so it does not contain any liquid at all. It is designed for you to drip your own liquid onto the atomizer, allowing you the greatest freedom of use.

We are offering the Hyper Atomizer as a stand-alone product so that you can have the greatest number of options when it comes to using your Vape Pen. It will expand your ability to use your Vape Pen, as you can use your own herbal liquids instead of only the pre-filled cartomizers.

How To Use The Hyper Atomizer

To use the Hyper Atomizer, screw the end with the gold band into either the PHD or heavy hitter battery unit. Remove the tip and drip 1-3 drops of herbal liquid onto the atomizer. You will see it when you look inside, it is a small stainless steel mesh cone that sticks up in the bottom of the atomizer. Replace the tip and puff as usual. When the unit stops producing water vapor, add another 1-3 drops of herbal liquid.

Please remember that the Hyper Atomizer is a delicate electronic instrument, and refrain from applying too much liquid. If you do accidentally flood the atomizer by using too much liquid, simply remove from the battery unit and soak in rubbing alcohol to clean. Dry thoroughly before reattaching to battery unit.

The atomizer will last for approximately 3-6 months with normal use, as over time the delicate stainless steel mesh screen will become clogged. Using herbal liquids that contain plant matter will shorten the life of your atomizer. You can use rubbing alcohol to clean the atomizer, but eventually it will wear out due to the clogging of the interior parts of the atomizer. For this reason, we are unable to offer a warranty on this product, as it is considered a disposable accessory. Please keep in mind that you will get a long useful life out of this product. Exact product lifetime will vary depending on how often you use it and what kinds of herbal liquids you put inside.

Delrin Drip Tip

The Delrin Drip Tip is an accessory for your Hyper Atomizer, and replaces the plain plastic tip that comes with the Hyperatomoizer. The main advantage of the Delrin Drip Tip, is that there is a hole in the center allowing you to drip liquids directly into the Hyper Atomizer without removing the tip each time! Also, Delrin is one of the highest quality plastics on the market today, and is the ideal material to use for this application. It is precision lathe cut, and fitted with a rubber 0-ring, to assure that you will have a perfect fit every time.

To replace the standard tip, simply remove the tip and replace with the Delrin Drip Tip, by sliding it into the Hyper Atomizer. It will fit snugly inside of the atomizer, providing you with the ultimate experience in Do-It-Yourself vaporizing.
